My first impression was that the site was straightforward. I was able to find what I needed without much hassle, which is always a plus.

I’m happy that my Harbor Freight is so close to home. It’s easy to swing by after work or on the weekend without it turning into a whole big errand, which is really nice. Getting in and out is usually simple, and parking hasn’t been a hassle either. It’s just a really convenient place to grab a tool or something quick when I need it

As someone who’s always working on little projects around the house, I really appreciate this place. I can pretty much always find the tools I need, and they usually have a good mix of other useful stuff too

I bought this tool stand and the assembly was okay — not terrible, just more annoying than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear in a few spots, so I had to mess around with it a bit, but I did eventually get it all put together...

I’ll admit I’m usually loyal to another brand, so I was a little unsure about trying this one. The product didn’t end up being quite right for me, but the return process was simple and the warranty actually helped me out without a hassle. Kind of made me rethink sticking to my usual brand every time

Ordered a couple tools on Harbor Freight and picked them up at my local store the same day. Got the ready-for-pickup email fast, walked in, and there they were behind the counter like some kind of retail miracle.

The guy checked my ID, handed me my stuff, and I was out in maybe 5 minutes. No drama, no scavenger hunt through the aisles, no “computer says no” nonsense. Just easy, which apparently is still possible. I’d definitely use in-store pickup again.

I’ve grabbed a few things from Harbor Freight over time, most of it has held up waaay better than I thought it would. The hand tools feel solid enough, and my jack is still working fine after about a year. Not everything feels super high-end, though, some stuff definitely has that cheaper feel. But for home projects and random weekend fixes, it gets the job done. I’d shop there again, just gotta be a little picky with what you buy.

I checked harborfreight.com before heading out because I needed a specific floor jack and really didn’t feel like driving over there for nothing. The website said my local store had 3 in stock, and sure enough, when I got there, it was sitting right on the shelf.

I’ve had plenty of other stores where the inventory numbers is totally wrong, so this was a nice surprise. It’s a small thing, but it saved me time and gas, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

I end up at Harbor Freight whenever I need random little parts or accessories, drill bits, blades, fittings, spare pieces, stuff like that. My local store doesn’t always have every single thing in stock, but most of the time I can find something that’ll get the job done. The prices are fair too, which I appreciate because it feels better to fix what I can instead of wasting money or tossing something that still has life left in it. Overall, a good go-to spot for odds and ends. 4 stars from me.
